About Me & Professional Journey

About me
Sport has shaped me since childhood. I trained in karate from an early age and achieved strong results nationally and internationally. The discipline, perseverance and determination that sport demanded became the foundation for everything I have done since.
I studied Physical Education and Sport at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sport. That education gave me solid knowledge of health, physical development and training methods, which I still use in my professional work.
I then spent more than twenty years in security, nearly seventeen of them at the U.S. Embassy in Baku, followed by three years as Assistant Manager Security at Hyatt Regency Baku. That career taught me teamwork and responsibility, and how to stay composed in stressful situations. Working in such an international, high responsibility environment widened my horizons and improved my ability to work with people and solve problems flexibly.
Today I teach physical education and sport to primary school pupils at an international school. I enjoy helping children develop physical activity and sports skills, and inspiring young people to lead a healthy lifestyle. I am married with two children. My family is my support, and I am proud to combine a successful career with caring for the people I love.

Professional approach
Prevention first
Advance work, route scouting and protective intelligence prevent most problems before they reach the principal.
Judgement over reflex
Close protection is built on assessment and de-escalation; drawing a weapon is always the last resort.
Readiness
Rest, fitness and clear communication are operational requirements, and a calm team keeps the principal steady.
